Meetings Really Suck
Friday, February 29th, 2008Here are some drawings I did while everyone gave a crap about whatever the meeting was about. I know it had something to do with logging problems, but really…zzzzzzzz.

Some little doodle that triggered all of this. I am sure this guy is evaluating me somehow. It looks as if he is thinking, “C’mon Vince, are you really serious? I sure hope not.”
The real question is what the hell he is wondering I am serious about. Maybe I need to look deep within myself to find some sort of conflict of interest going on. Which leads me to another subject, but I guess it can wait for another time.

This is how I always feel in meetings, I mean really, meetings are such of waste of time and energy. I don’t think I have ever been to one productive meeting. I lie, yes I have. That was when I was discussing the future of Zamikazi: The Zine. Too bad Zamikazi failed. One day I can breathe some life into it…oh wait, no one really cares about it anymore.

This is something I am sure anyone can relate to, meetings or not. This can be applied to classes where an instructor is teaching and every single asshat student loves to chime in their expert opinion on any given subject. The problem is…THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! Seriously, if the meeting or presentation is not yours, please do yourself a favor and shut the hell up unless you have a good question or generally don’t understand what you are talking about. There was one more drawing I did but I want to digitize it, digitize, such a great word!
